Review the Return Policy
Ensure that your item is eligible for return by reviewing our return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in their original, unused condition.

Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Receive Return Instructions
Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. This number helps us process your return quickly.
Prepare the Return Package
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging. Include a copy of your original invoice and the RA number provided. Address the package to the return address given by our customer support team.
Ship the Return
Send the package using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Kiwi Lane error.
Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference. Allow 7-10 business days for processing.
