We are living in a unique time and experiencing unprecedented events like quarantine and the Coronavirus. Kiwi Lane believes in recording these events and telling your Covid story, both the good and the not so good. So we’ve asked Jodi Schersand to share some ways she is recording and remembering her quarantine life.

Double Layout

Using the Quarantine Life paper kit and templates from a recent Kiwi Club Kit, Jodi designed a layout revolving around her stuck at home experiences (Uno, anyone?). She also used Funky Frills (2A, 2B), Cliffhanger (1A, 1B- June 202 Kiwi Club), and the Love at Home a la carte.

Mini Album

In remembrance of the 2020 toilet paper crisis, Jodi decided to use her toilet paper rolls to make a mini album. All she did was flatten the rolls out and design on top of them, as well as slipping some journaling/image tags into the pockets the toilet paper rolls created.

File Folder Album

Another way to record your Quarantine memories is to create a file folder album. Kiwi Lane is obsessed with these crafts as they are a unique way of putting a lot of information and photos into one cute space. Want more in depth details on how to create it? Check out this video.

Jodi mentions that if you want to add some more information to your file folder album, you can download and print a Coronavirus Timeline by Persnickety Prints. They have a wide array of printables that you can use for your quarantine documenting.

Some September Sunshine

Mindy recently visited Linder Farms with her mother and daughters. Linder Farms is one of her favorite places to go in the fall since they do everything from pumpkin patches, hey rides, donuts, and even…sunflower fields. Mindy and her troop loved goofing off within arms reach of these bright flowers, and she was even more excited to use her September Kiwi Club Kit to scrapbook this memory.
