Isn’t Autumn beautiful with the falling leaves, the ripe pumpkins, and the chill in the air? It makes you want to get cozy and immerse yourself in counting your blessings. As you gather those special moments, preserve them in this handmade album so that they can be enjoyed for years to come. These mini albums are perfect for that one of a kind gift for someone special.
File Folder Sizes
You will need 3 individual file folders. Here are the measurements for each piece. Susan shows you how to cut and fold each one in the video below.
For the first one, you will measure 5 ½” from the center fold to the left. Cut this with your paper cutter. You will also measure 5 ½” to the right, but you will only fold at this mark. This mini album is 10″, so you will also measure the height to 10″ and trim the excess.
You will cut both sides of the second file folder. The left side is 6 ½” from the center fold, and the right side is 7 ½”. Trim the height of this folder to 10″ as well.
The third file folder is going to be a center piece. Instead of measuring from the center, you will be cutting the folder so that it has a width of 4 ½”.
This is just one style of mini album you could create. This mini album is versatile for any photos you’re scrapbooking. Change the paper, templates, and details to make it your own. We hope you’ve been inspired and are ready to Play-to-Create a mini album of your own. Like always, we would love to celebrate and be inspired by your creations.
