Fall is Here

Lindsey loves fall, but she loves fall paper even more. She was so excited to use her Hello Autumn Carta Bella Paper kit as well as some templates from the new Fall Design Kit. Gail Owens so happened to have the same paper line as well as the same love for fall, so she recreated Lindseys fall layout but added her own personal touches and pictures.

"And because I was on a roll yesterday, I also created my version of the layout Lindsay Smith made during her live last week. I even used the same paper line- “Hello Autumn” from Carta Bella. Lindsay made a great layout that worked perfectly with my fall pics from a few years ago! But, I didn’t have the blue striped paper after all and couldn’t add a striped pumpkin 🙁 . If you have time, watch a replay of her live- I believe it’s on the Kiwi Lane Facebook page. #createwithkiwilane"

Autumn Leaves

Using templates from the recent Fall Design Kit as well as templates from Autumn, Gail was able to add a cluster of leaves in spirit of fall. She also used Captions to outline that beautiful thankful, grateful, and blessed sentiment card. Lindsey used the same Autumn set leaves to create her corner of the page, but instead of using the Fall Design Kit, she used the Fern a la carte from the October 2019 Kiwi Club Kit.

Pumpkin Patch

Fall isn’t here unless the pumpkins are too. Gail recreated Lindseys pumpkins using the retired Halloween templates and the pumpkin in Tiny Holiday. She added her own personal touch by layering them with Tiny Shapes, which created a fuller and more dimensional look as well as adding twine, which Lindsey inspired her to do.

How To Create a Felt Bouquet

Susan recently received a gift from her father in the form of a handmade wooden vase, and after contemplating its use for months, she decided to put it to some decorative use. Her home naturally has a fall palette, so she thought she would create a fall felt bouquet to lend a decorative hand to her home decor.

Some September Sunshine

Mindy recently visited Linder Farms with her mother and daughters. Linder Farms is one of her favorite places to go in the fall since they do everything from pumpkin patches, hey rides, donuts, and even…sunflower fields. Mindy and her troop loved goofing off within arms reach of these bright flowers, and she was even more excited to use her September Kiwi Club Kit to scrapbook this memory.
