Team Spotlight

Jen has been working in one department or another from Kiwi’s early years.  She worked with David way back when we had our first small warehouse, carefully packing orders to ship out.  She worked in customer support in the past, has done our Blog for years, and works in Social Media now, so you’ll probably recognize her name.  Jen is amazing at caring about people and wanting to help, and is one of the kindest and friendliest people I know… AND she throws a great party!  We love you, Jen!

Support Topics to be Aware of:

Expiring Points – Our new website started in March and we are seeing emails come through support about expiring points.  Just a reminder that points expire 4 months after you earn them and we can’t change the expiration date.  They will show at the top of the order page to be used each time you checkout if you have items in your cart that points can be applied to.  If there are no eligible items in the cart, you will not see points as a choice for that order.   

Follow Up on Past Topics:

This last week we encouraged all of the Kiwi Crew Members to CONNECT with others in the Community each day.  I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we are really enjoying dedicating a portion of our time each day to getting to know everyone better and also to have a chance to share some of the ways we love to PLAY and CREATE.  Even Aaron will be joining in on the fun! So, watch for our posts and please join us there!

  1. We submitted the PO for the Winter release which will be in November!  Yay!!
  2. The Fall release is this week so we will be working on getting those orders out as well as the August Kiwi Club orders.

Share Program

We completed both rounds of testing on the Share Program and they went very well! It worked beautifully and we have a wonderful programming and developing team! 


During testing, we dug deep into the reporting and notification elements we were building into the program and decided we wanted to make some adjustments to make it more usable for everyone. We will soon share an exact date when we can chat just about the Share Program. The program is super cool and we are super excited!

Other than that, we will keep working on these live meetings and figure out the videos. 

Message From Susan

We have had a lot of big projects we are working on, in the mix of everything else. I personally have had more pep talks with myself then ever before. I have to remind myself constantly to stay focused and motivated. Here are a couple simple ways and reminders to stay motivated yourself. 

  • Start small if big things lead you to procrastinate.
  • Reduce the daily distractions. Stay off social media if needed, and turn off the phone.
  • Get accountability from the people in your life, Set deadlines. 
  • Just get started and let the motivation catch up with you. 

In the mix of life right now, I encourage you to take a look at your goals, and to realign them if needed! In light of everything that is happening in the world, you might have to adjust your goals a little, but the goals are what keeps you moving forward!

  1. Susan are we supposed to be getting email notifications with the links to the meetings? If so I’m not getting those, how do we make sure we are getting the right emails?

  2. Susan, Thank you for your words. I needed the encouragement…one day at a time, one thing at a time. Trying to have a clearer vision of what I want out of life. I need to answer the “why”, and let that be my motivation.
