Think of The Teachers!
Even though school looks different for many of your children, grandchildren, or student friends, one thing hasn’t changed; teachers. Even though school may be virtual, once a week, or require a mask, teachers are still there to make the process a bit smoother and the hard parts a little less hard. Not everything has to change, and being thoughtful doesn’t have a lot of requirements. So this year, even if it looks different, hold onto the little traditions (like gift-giving) that make going to school that much easier and more fun for everyone. Need a helping hand? We have a few ideas to get you started. Take a look!
Bake It Or Buy It?
Food never fails. As long as you keep in mind preference and allergies, that is. You can bake it or buy it, add a cute saying and some handmade details, and it should be a success! For the cookie on the Bracket Accessory, we just used the Rings Accessory Set and then the Frolic Tiny Border to bite into the cookie.
The Vintage A la carte is an excellent foundation for a fun teacher’s card. Just simply fold some paper in half, trace, and cut! After you have your card, you could use an array of Designer Templates to design the front from the School Accessory set to some of your Kiwi Club Templates (The pocket and the apples are from September Kits in 2018 and 2020). An apple is always a good symbol to run with! After you finished designing the front of your card, open it up and make a pocket so you can slide a gift card inside and attach some treats. They are sure to appreciate it!
Using the Tags Accessory set, you can create a fun and simple add on to any gift. Teachers can use any help they can get, so consider sending in some hand wash or sanitary wipes with a fun saying. Maybe something along the lines of ‘Spread Joy Not Germs’.
